Rider Crash, car speeds off

HBC - Hope you all are well. A training partner of mine was riding today and was cut off by a car. As a result he flipped his bars, which broke a clavicle, 4 ribs, and punctured a lung. He is doing okay in the hospital. The shot in the dark ask is if anyone was near 25A and Goose Hill Road around 1:30pm you may have seen the speeding car. What I gather is the car was turning left from 25A to Goose Hill going toward Lloyd Harbor. Relay info if you happen to have any. Much Gratitude, David Kriston 301-233-9919
