As the club is open, but rides aren’t yet being posted on the HBC website I was wondering if anyone will be allowed to suggest rides here? For example if someone on Sunday, or any day, was thinking of leading a ride that might be a little different would they be permitted to post the idea to get some feedback to gauge if anyone was interested? Also in the extremely unlikely event that there was questionable weather prior to that days “Show and Go” ride would members be allowed to post to see if others are showing up? Another question......are these considered sanctioned rides, or not? In other words, are they covered by insurance? |

Correspondence on Groups IO is now permitted. Whether it be ride destination suggestions, weather related inquiries and so on. Keep in mind though currently any rides that go out are not officially sanctioned by HBC. Strictly show and go as in the "off season". John -------- Original message --------

If anyone has a suggestion they should post here or come to the lot with the route ready to go. Ride leaders will be showing up to ride and will have rides ready to do. depending on who shows up will determine distance and level.

For sign ups at the lot we will require each rider to text the leader with their name and emergency #. No waiver required due to the unofficial nature of the rides. This same principle applies to show & Go rides in the "off season " John -------- Original message --------
