There will be a rally to encourage the Nassau County Executive, Laura Curran (who is up for re-election, btw) to pass the 3 Foot distance law that was pushed through in Suffolk in April.
We as a club, were asked to attend and to show our support of the measure, wearing our club jerseys and maybe carrying signs,
This is set for Thursday, June 3rd at 5 PM in front of the Nassau County Courthouse, off Old Country Rd. in Garden City. Kara Hahn, who initiated the Suffolk 3 Foot law will be there.
I'm just putting this out there, and will have more details as we get closer to the event.
