This is a discussion involving medical details of yourself and your family members. I suggest you do this privately with HBC board members - you should not be making these details public.
Happy to hear your mother and aunt are doing well, and that you are keeping well.

We should be following CDC guidelines and assuming that we are all responsible adults. I shared a situation with Scott. He jumped to the conclusion that I had high risk exposure- 15 minutes in close proximity to an infected person. I had not. To be sure I was safe, I was tested on June 30th and again in July 6- both negative. My mom and aunt both tested positive and were sick. I had no part in their care other than dropping off food outside their door. My niece and nephew, who both have antibodies, have isolated with them for over 2 weeks. They are both recovered and according to CDC guidelines- 10 days since onset of symptoms, no fever for the last 3 days and reduction in respiratory symptoms, they no longer have to isolate. They never had respiratory symptoms and have met the other 2 criteria. So they are free to come out of isolation but I can't participate in group rides? Facts and details matter. People shouldn't react without knowing them.Knowing someone who was sick shouldn't exclude anyone. And test results matter. Testing negative twice is a significant detail.Matt FrischSent via the Samsung Galaxy S7, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone-------- Original message --------From: Karen Gellert <kgellert55@...>Date: 7/12/20 6:02 AM (GMT-05:00)To: main@HBCRiders.groups.ioSubject: Re: [HBCRiders] COVID Risk ChartSee you 🚲Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone-------- Original message --------From: Gerald Widen <Gerry_w@...>Date: 7/11/20 9:31 PM (GMT-05:00)To: main@hbcriders.groups.ioSubject: Re: [HBCRiders] COVID Risk Chart👍
