A tip for everyone to consider. When someone sends out an email that could lead to a discussion, an option to remember is

“Reply to Sender”.

When you use this option to reply to the email only the sender will see the reply instead of the entire group. This could be a good way to keep the email traffic down to a minimum.

This option is available as a link at the bottom of the email, on the phone or computer.
